kneel-sit for about 6 weeks now and am happy to report amazing
results with my posture, flexibility and total absence of major
lower back pain which had been with me for a good many years.
* The first few days required a lot of will power
and perseverance as my body's years of incorrect posture
programming kicked in to resist the change being imposed on it
but after that it was plain sailing all the way! I also use the
